At www.aerotour.com we want you to always be satisfied with our services; therefore we offer you the option of canceling your purchase in Costa Rica, directly at the offices of AEROTOUR, SRL., located at: Tob\u00edas Bola\u00f1os Palma Int. Airport from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. Or via email: sales@aerotour.com<\/div>

Cancellations apply in the following cases:<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
  1. Change of date and time with more than three (3) days in advance with respect to the flight date is allowed, without any administrative surcharge.<\/li>
  2. Cancellations less than three (3) days in advance of the flight date are allowed, with a surcharge of 25% of the value of the flight.<\/li>
  3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours (1) day in advance of the flight date are allowed, with a surcharge of 50% of the value of the flight.<\/li>
  4. Cancellations less than 8 hours in advance of the flight time are allowed, with a surcharge of 75% of the value of the flight.<\/li>
  5. The remainder of the percentage may be used in another reservation, the money is not refundable.<\/li>
  6. Flight times and quotes are from departure \/ return to our base in SYQ ((Tob\u00edas Bola\u00f1os Int. Airport (MRPV)).<\/li>
  7. The flight is subject to weather conditions. It will be rescheduled or fully reimbursed in case of cancellation.<\/li>
  8. The flight must be paid in full before your departure.<\/li>
  9. A payment of 50% of the quote is required to reserve the flight.<\/li>
  10. The indicated rates do not include value added tax (VAT).<\/li>
